The Ten Commandments was given by God through Prophet Moses to the Israelites.

The Ten Commandments

1. You shall not have any gods before me (GOD)
2. You shall not make an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or the earth beneath or in the water under the earth for yourself
3. You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God
4. Remember the Sabbath Day and keep it holy
5. Honour your father and mother so that you may live long in the land which the Lord your God gives you
6. You shall not commit murder
7. You shall not commit adultery
8. You shall not steal
9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour
10. You shall not desire for another person's house, wife, servants, animals or anything

How witchcraft is acquired

1. Intentionally: Some people acquire witchcraft intentionally because they believe through that they can be protected
2. Through Inheritance: Some people acquire it through inheritance knowingly or unknowingly. The victims who acquire unknowingly are most often babies. Some of the mediums that contain these powers are ear - rings, beads, necklaces, bangles, etc.
3. Through greed: There ae people who unknowingly steal materials such as ornaments that contain these powers
4. Through rituals: People visit shrines and other places for rituals. Some of them get possessed after undergoing the rites
5. Through food: One can get witchcraft if that person eats food mixed with something containing the power/spirit

Reasons why people believe in witches and wizards

1. They believe there are good spirits in witchcraft to protect themselves and their families
2. They think it can help them to do things secretly
3. They think they can be rich through participating in their activities
4. It can be used to punish their enemies
5. It is another form of gift/blessings

Revelation in Islam means to make known the hidden things about Allah and his will to mankind (Muslim). It is believed that this revelation comes through Angels, Divine inspiration, Allah's word, sights and visions.

Greeting is a way to express the acknowledgement of one's presence through welcoming or salutation.

Among age groups, each one has an equal chance in sharing greetings.

Between the elderly and a young one, the younger is expected to greet first. If the elderly starts, then he/she finds out how the young is doing/faring by asking, "how are you".

Work is the physical and mental effort made in order to achieve something useful.

Work is what a person does as an occupation in order to make money.

Types of work

1. Domestic/normal house duties (washing,sweeping, running errands)
2. School work (academic work - studying, copying notes, doing research)
3. Community/social work (building school, KVIP, wells, weeding)
4. Occupational work/industrial work - teaching, farming, carpentry, driving, nursing, etc.
5. Religious work e.g. work of priests, evangelists, catechists, administrators
6. Manual work e.g. works of labourers
7. Political work: leadership and administrative duties

Ways by which the spirit of hard work can be developed

1. Being punctual to work: When we are punctual and committed to our work, we are able to do much work within a stipulated time. People become happy because they ca rely on us
2. Be honest and hardworking: Avoid dishonesty in discharging your responsibilities. e.g. One shouldn't take money from people in form of bribe before rendering services to them. Work should be done fairly and with honesty. One should avoid stealing and cheating at workplace
3. Avoid laziness at workplace: Laziness retards progress and must be avoided. One should not sleep at classroom or work and also not procrastinate
4. Be reliable: When we work hard, people rely on us and give us more work to do
5. Staying focused: Always having in mind the ultimate objective / goal / aim.

How the rights of the child can be protected

1. The religious right permits the child to join any religious body of his/her choice
2. The education right permits every child of school going age to attend school
3. The legal right allows the child right activists to advocate for the child should he/her be abused
