You can do that on kuulchat. All post shared are public and available to both registered and non-registered members.

@It seems to be the general issue. I signed up for premium weeks ago, but it never reflected. I seem to have fewer past questions showing even compared to previously and there's no contact to call for help. I wouldn't recommend a paid subscription.
