Factorize out

2x(x - 5)-3(x-5) = 0
(x - 5)(2x-3) = 0

(x - 5) = 0 or (2x-3) = 0

x - 5 = 0
x = 0 + 5
x = 5

2x-3 = 0

Divide both sides of the equation by 2

x = 0 - 1

An expression is undefined when the denominator equals 0.
